She is survived by: her father Arlan Julius Freeman; her children, Cheyenne Watkins, Luke Watkins (Stephanie) and Robert Watkins, Jr. (Maghan); her husband Robert Elwood Watkins, Sr.; her grandchildren, Jaylen McGhee, Braylon Watkins, Tatum Watkins, Sawyer Watkins and Nevaeh; her great grandchild Navy-Grace Louise Watkins; her brother Sonny Freeman (Jennifer); and her godchildren, Rosa and Julio Guzman.
The family request memorials be made to her daughter Cheyenne to assist the family with expenses during this difficult time.
