She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Henderson and Hubert Henderson; her son Alfonza Murphy; and her siblings, Tim Henderson, James Henderson, Walter Henderson, Ellis Henderson, Doug Henderson, Herbert Henderson and Carolyn Pulliam.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew (Evon), Jerry, Ardie (Audrey), Donna (Tony), Virginia (Ricky) and Tarsha (Anthony); and her siblings, May Alice, Faye, Beverly and Leon (Gina). She is also survived by her 20 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Red Hill Missionary Baptist Church (6038 Park Springs Rd, Pelham, NC 27311). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
