She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Hubert Clark and Mary Kathryn Shannon Clark; her husband Terrence "Terry" Kent Stuby; and her grandchildren, Shannon Parks Talbert and Will Parks.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Joyce (Tom) of Reidsville and Kathy Phillips (Mike) of Florida; her brother Sam Clark (Diane) of Maryland; her grandchildren, Jeremy Phillips (McKensy) and Whitney Phillips; her nephew John Clark; her nieces, Caroline Clark and Samantha Clark; and her caregivers, Bernice Welch and Angie Wood. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
