He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Robert Smith, I of Caswell Co and Louise Jones Smith of Caswell Co; his siblings, George Robert Smith II of Shawsville and Marjorie Smith Handy; his wife Thyra H. Smith; his children, Peter Smith and Georgia Smith Seminet (Philippe) of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Chloë and Camille; and his brother Billy.
