He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Nathaniel and Mary Galloway Williams. He is survived by: his daughter Debra Mitchell Williams; his grandchildren, Ja'Shon Amarion of Eden, NC., Ja'Vion Amir of Eden, NC., Ja'mari Avery Williams of Eden, NC., Jacqueline "Ezana", Karen Denise, Ta'Shawn Arthur Griggs, Kalila Keller and Preston Roach of Reidsville, NC.; his siblings, Danny Williams, Theresa Williams, Tina Williams and Katrina Morgan (Otis); his nieces and nephews, Brandon, Raven Williams, Kendall Washburn, Torrence, Mahogany and Keandra Pratt; and his close friends, Johnell, Roland, Adarian, Harold and Taurus.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, August 18th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the McLaurin-Harris Memorial Chapel (721 E Morehead St, Reidsville, NC 27320).
