He was predeceased by: his father Bishop Robert Covington. He is survived by: his wife Tawanda Reid Covington of Greensboro, NC; and his brothers, Darrell Covington (Christy) of Tennessee, Ricky Covington of Reidsville, NC, Tony Covington (LaToya) of Eden, NC and Craig Covington (Donna) of Ruffin, NC.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McLaurin-Harris Memorial Chapel (721 E Morehead St, Reidsville, NC 27320). A celebration of life was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
