He is survived by: his children, Heather W. Brown (Jeff) of Reidsville, Jessica H. McVey (Matthew) of Haw River and Greg Holland of Alabama; and his grandchildren, Beth Brown, Harper McVey, Dexter Stringfellow, Dixy Holland, Logan Holland, Jayden Pitts, Jaxson Holland and Erin Clifton.
