She is survived by: her siblings, Vasco Neal, Jr., Clyde Neal and Leon Neal; her son Derrick Fowler (Wanda); her grandchildren, TariQ and Nekeybah Fowler; her great grandchild Aubree Fowler; her brother Thomas L. Neal (Norma Jean); her cousin Wilhemina Neal; and her friend Ann Marie Scales. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
