She was predeceased by: her father John Wyatt Perkins; her husband Cosmo Acy Phillips; and her daughter Regina Faye Phillips Pierce. She is survived by: her mother Myrtle Evans Perkins; her son John Paul Phillips (Sherry); and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Fascaldo (Thomas), J. P. Phillips, Regina Marlette Pierce (John Kubata), Alanna Faye Pierce and John Henry Pierce V. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; in addition to numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
