She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl Draughn Strader and Minnie Ann Allen Strader; her siblings, Elwood (Thresa), Dr. Eugene "Ray" (Julia) of Lexington, Edna (Virge Perdew), Virginia Dare (Arlee Williams) and Shirley (Larry Hodapp); her children, Gordon Keith (Donna) and Karen (Bill Steger) of Reidsville; and her granddaughter Paige Steger Walker (Ronald David).
