He is survived by: his daughter Mary Ferrell of Harrisonburg, VA; his brother Moses Ferrell of Yanceyville; his stepdaughter Betty Pendley of Reidsville; and his grandchildren, Michelle McKinney, Joshua Willis, Chrystal McKinney, Amber McKinney, Jessica Pendley, William Pendley, Robert Pendley, Billy Pendley and Paul Pendley.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Thompsonville Baptist Church Cemetery (2033 NC-87, Reidsville, NC 27320).
