He was predeceased by: his children, Shirley Ann Goins, Frankie Goins and Lorie Pegram; and his pet Rufus. He is survived by: his pet Buster; his wife Treva Galyean Goins; his children, Chuck Goins (Shannon), Lisa Trenner (Jim) and Lynn Goins (Ashley); his stepchildren, Anita Caudle (Robert) and Tim Beasley; and his grandchildren, Paige, Jordan, Josh, Alyssa, Austin and Kasey. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and a large extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Mr. Goins honor may be made out to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice facility at 101 Hospice Lane, Winston Salem, NC 27103.
