She was predeceased by: her husband Ernie; her parents, John Davis and Yarborough Davis of VIrginia; her siblings, George Davis, Johnsie Britt and Marjorie Chilton; her sister-in-law Peggy Nance; and her sons-in-law, Larry Hicks and Butch Brooks.

She is survived by: her daughters, Lori (Les Hamashima) and Niki McGuire (Jerry); her great grandchild Declan; her son-in-law Jerry; her daughters, Becki Hicks and Danni Brooks; her grandchildren, Jennifer Hicks Vincent, Jonathan Hicks, Kevin McGuire, Ernie Brooks, Andy Brooks, Grace Hamashima, Sam Hamashima and Ellie Hamashima; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Hall, Rachel McGuire, Daisy Sides, Cameron Brooks, Morgan Brooks and Avery Brooks.
