He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Claude Craig, Sr. and Wilma Hollifield Craig; his granddaughter Christina Hardy; his great grandchild Lela Hardy; and his siblings, Jerry Craig, Tony Craig, Sam Craig, Joyce Ryals and Judy Ryals.
He is survived by: his wife Reginia Tarr "Rae" Craig; his children, Ellis "Junior" Alford of Texas, Patrick Longan of Reidsville, Christopher Craig (Katrinia) of Reidsville, Shamus Longan of Semora, Penny Bledsoe (Drew) of Greensboro, Beth Stone (David) of Greensboro and Sherry Alford of Madison; and his brother Pete Craig of Farmington.
