He was predeceased by: his mother Charlotte Bell Brown; his brother Tommy; his grandparents, Walter, Mamie O'Bryant, Benjamin and Edna Brown; and his niece Marlie Steele.
He is survived by: his father David Robert O'Bryant; his significant other Kathy Shelton O'Bryant; his children, Jason Robert O'Bryant (Heather) and Tracey O'Bryant Tucker (Brock); his grandchildren, Henry, Charlie, Ethan, Brennan and Lailyn; his brother Timmy O'Bryant (Angie); his uncle John Wayne O'Bryant (Betty); his aunt Doris Strickland (Leonard); his parents-in-law, Charlie and Judy Rice; his brothers, Ray (Debbie) and Dwayne (Donna Shelton); his nieces and nephews, Tommy, Ashley, Megan, Mark, Candace, Demi, Kasey and Adam; and his cousins, Pat, Beverly and Jonathan. He is also survived by 22 great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wilkerson Funeral Home (1909 Richardson Dr, Reidsville, NC 27320). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at the Midway United Methodist Church (10970 US-158, Reidsville, NC 27320).
