He is survived by: his girlfriend Christine Harris-Thomas; his brothers, Richard (Flo) of Reidsville, NC and Marlowe of Reidsville, NC; his nieces and nephews, Marlena of Reidsville, NC, Shannon of Reidsville, NC, Adawne (Hunter) of Reidsville, NC, Angell (Travis) of Reidsville, NC, Amber (Daniel) of Browns Summit, NC, Marlowe II (Manassa) of Seattle, WA and Ryan of Kernersville; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Braniya, Aspen, Rhyland, Daniel Jr. and Denzel; his cousins, Adele Staton of Reidsville, NC, Yvonne Hicks of Richmond, VA, Diane Elmore (Carmie) of Summerfield, NC, Dorothy Burk (Emery) of Detroit, MI and Charmal Millner of Sanford, NC.; and his friends, Tommy Graves, Samuel Doggett, Steve Foust, Larry Abbott, Norris Beveridge, Que Tucker and Donnie.
Viewing was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McLaurin-Harris Funeral Home (721 E Morehead St, Reidsville, NC 27320). Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Zion Baptist Church (807 Piedmont St, Reidsville, NC 27320). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
