He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Martin (Randy); his grandsons, Dylan Martin and Neil Martin (Brently); his stepchildren, Michael Poindexter (Tammy) and Lisa Michelle Poindexter; his stepgrandchildren, Zachary Joyner (Bri), David Thomas, Brendan Poindexter and Brianna Poindexter; and his brothers, Leon Wood (Janet) and Lester Woods (Darlene).
The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial contribution be made to ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
