It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Deacon Oscar Otis Tucker Jr. of Reidsville, North Carolina, who passed away on August 3, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Otis Tucker Sr. and Jennie Bell Lee Tucker; and his daughter Brenda Sue Tucker Purcell. He is survived by: his daughters, Norma Jean Tucker McLauchlin (Allen) of Fayetteville, NC and Karen Angelia Tucker of Reidsville, NC.; and his grandchildren, Oscar Gregory Purcell, Radiah Cerice Spleen (Brenda) and Allen Scott Tucker McLauchlin (Norma). He is also survived by five great grandchildren; three sisters; two sisters-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.

Covid-19 precautions will be followed with social distancing, masks and sanitizing required.
