He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Mead Decker; his children, Sheryl Check (John), Cindy Baker (Randy) and Wally Decker (Diane); and his grandchildren, Nicole Check, Mark Hollingsworth, Evan Baker, Tyler Decker, Brianna Decker and Bradley Decker. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
