He is survived by: his daughter Alexis Ragland; his granddaughter Taylyn Blackstock; and his siblings, Ronnie Herbin, Johnathan Herbin, Loretha Blackwell, Louise Rankin (Walter), Melvine Herbin, Reanell Jumper, Tina Herbin, Gaynell Petty, Bertha Slade and Barbara Lawary. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
