He is survived by: his girlfriend Ann David; his daughters, Patricia (Steven) and Kimberly (Willie); the mother of his children Janice Vogler; his grandchildren, Donovan Scott, Aaron Scott, Lee Harris and Bethany Conklin; his great grandchildren, Nathan Scott and Gabriel Schoolfield; and his brother Larry Perdue.
