She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Florence Baynes and Charlie Nebraska Washington Baynes; and her siblings, Catherine Baynes Garland (Allison) and John William Baynes (Virginia). She is survived by: her husband Rev. Phillip J. Woods; her children, Phyllis Alvera Cutts (Michael), Vivian Valoyce Woods, Rev. Spencer Earl Woods (Brenda), Dr. Phillip Dexter Woods and Atty; her brother Percy Elmore Baynes (Dorothy); her grandchildren, Mikeya, Nicole, Michelle (Frank), Latoya, Zechariah, Philip (Caire), Hannah, Samuel (Asia) and Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Amara and Madison. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
