She is survived by: her parents, Penny Carter and Samuel "Gary" Foley; her stepparents, Ernest Vernon and Erica Vernon; and her sisters, Ashley Vernon, Brittney Vernon, Mardea Mejia, Taylor Moffitt and Devyn Vernon. She is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews; as well as numerous extended family members and friends.
