He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Allen Stokes, Jr. and Elsie Talley Stokes. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Warren Stokes; his children, Kenneth Allen "Kenny" Stokes of Reidsville, Charles Bradley "Brad" Stokes (Amber) of Thomasville and Amy Stokes Isley (Joey) of Reidsville; his sisters, Susan S. McKinney (Donald) of Reidsville and Joan S. Hall (Steve) of Reidsville; his grandchildren, Marah Stokes, Liam Stokes, Ethan Stokes of Kelsey Isley, J. J and Abby Isley; and his great grandchild Addie "Sweet Pea" Wray.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Citty Funeral Home, Inc. (308 Lindsey St, Reidsville, NC 27320).
