It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Douglas Lamberth of Reidsville, North Carolina, born in Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on September 22, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Lamberth and Claudia Jones Lamberth; his siblings, Helen Smith (Eugene), Wylene Mitchell (O'Lester), Agnes Pinnix (Romeo), Howard Lambert (Louisa), Leroy Lambert and Naomi Lamberth; and his brother-in-law Donnell Jeffries.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Slade Lamberth; his children, Leslie Watkins (Craig), Robbie Lamberth (Trish) and Chancy Williams (Randall); his siblings, Robert Lamberth, Marie Graves, Minister Rachel Bolden (Deacon Bobby) and Louise Jeffries; his grandchildren, Emily (Andrew), Tiona, Nicolas, Bryson, Jayden, Kaleb and Jasmine; his friend Vuong Tran (Me); and his siblings-in-law, Emmagene Slade, Portia Williamson, Il Sun Lambert (Kim) and Gordon Slade (Judy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Viewing was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McLaurin-Harris Memorial Chapel (721 E Morehead St, Reidsville, NC 27320). Visitation was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
