She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Luman and Evelyn Marie Brown; her brothers, Rev. Clifford "Sandy" Brown and Scott Brown; and her grandson Derek Roeske.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Phelps; her children, Bryan Elliott (Jill), Robert Elliott (Cheri) and Marlene Brown; and her sister Pamela Iven. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
