He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Hiatt and Edna Hiatt; and his granddaughter Summer Rain Lynn Hiatt. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Dell Hiatt (Katelyn) and Timothy Shane Hiatt (Kristina); his grandchildren, Emery Hiatt and Jaxon Settle; and his sister Georgia Watkins.
