She was predeceased by: her father Lester A. Rector; the father of her children Charles Dameron Blackwell; and her siblings, Lester "Bob" Rector, Ray Rector, Benny Rector and Frankie Rector.
She is survived by: her children, Kim B Polites (George), Angela B Tuggle and Charles D Blackwell II (Libby); her grandchildren, John Polites, Marina Fitzpatrick (John), Jordan Tuggle, Chelsi McElroy (Shawn), Leslie Blackwell, Tiffany Blackwell and Charles D Blackwell III; and her great grandchildren, Aurora McElroy, Declan McElroy, Hayden Romero, Juliet Romero, Kinleigh Blackwell and Charles D Blackwell IV. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
