She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Moore and Carrie Chambers Moore; her sister Mary Lea Newton; and the father of her children David A. Knight. She is survived by: her children, Tony Knight (Renae), Dean Knight (Teresa) and Jeff Knight; her grandchildren, Tori Lecky (Thomas), Kiefer Knight (Chasity), Noah Knight, Patrick Winn (Palin) and John Winn; her great grandchildren, Harley, Thomas, Jr., David, Heidi, Harold, Sawyer, John Bennett and Mackenzie; and her brother-in-law Roy Newton.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Glencoe United Methodist Church (601 Glencoe Church Loop, Summerfield, NC 27358). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
