He is survived by: his wife Laurie Slade; his parents, Jimmy Slade Sr. and Shirley Slade; his children, Britney Slade, Anthony Slade Jr. and Kenneth Slade; his granddaughter Na'Ziah Webb; his siblings, Delsie "Renae" Slade, Jimmy "Lucky" Slade Jr., Beverly Slade, Courtney Cobb, Kym Brown (Eric), Damien Slade and Christian Slade; and his close friend Tajuan Galloway. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the McLaurin-Harris Memorial Chapel (721 E Morehead St, Reidsville, NC 27320). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
