She is survived by: her grandson Patrick Evans (Anna) of Reidsville; her great grandchild Jennie Evans of Madison, MS; her daughter-in-law Deborah Evans of Greenville, NC; her pet Cream Puff; and her caregivers, Angela Broadnax, Gina Brame and Crystal Walker. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
