He is survived by: his wife Margaret McManus Everson; his daughters, Connie Everson Williams (Richard) of Monroe, Linda "Jan" Everson Smith (Timothy) of Turkey and Elizabeth "Lisa" Ann Everson of Leland; his sister Betty Pinkney of Fayetteville; his grandchildren, Ricky Williams (Terri) of Red Springs, Chad Williams (Sarah) of Marshville, Andrew Smith of Greensboro and Jill Kime (Brandt) of Greenville; and his great grandchildren, Jaclyn Williams, Cameron Williams, Cayden Williams, Colton Williams, Stevie Williams and Allen Kime. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
