He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sanderson McMillan; his daughters, Connie Kerns (Severeo) of Red Springs, Wendy Wynn (Anthony) of Red Springs and Telisha Locklear (Jarrett) of Red Springs; his siblings, William McMillan of Aberdeen, Wade McMillan of Aberdeen, Helen Lowery of Raeford and Mollie Ann McMillan-McRae of Red Springs; and his close friend Etherine King.
