She was predeceased by: her parents, Moses Douglas and Alberta Gilchrist Douglas. She is survived by: her husband Neal McPhaul; and her children, William Herman Douglas, Robert Neal McPhaul and Nettie Geovonna McPhaul. She is also survived by grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
