He is survived by: his children, Allen Ray Jacobs of Red Springs, Daryl Locklear of Red Springs, Crystal Todd of Lumberton and Robin Renee Jacobs of Raeford; his brother Johnny Rogers of Red Springs; and his grandson Jacob.
