He is survived by: his fiancée Jennifer Norton; his son Cody Collins of Pinehurst, NC; his stepchildren, Danielle, Leanne, Karri, Matthew and William; and his sisters, Evelyn Jacobs of Maxton, Mary Ann Collins of Maxton and Caroline Collins Watson of Red Springs.
