He is survived by: his wife Charlene Grace Bullard; his sons, Tristen Bullard of Red Springs, Landon Bullard, Chandler Bullard and Creedon Bullard; his parents, Waymond Bullard and Christine Bullard of Maxton; his siblings, Ann Oxendine of Shannon, Rose Bullard of Pembroke and Namon Bullard of Shannon; his pets, King and Noel; and his friend Danny Lowry. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
