He is survived by: his children, David Locklear (Susan) of Aberdeen, Jerry Locklear (Vivian) of Raeford, Lela Hunt (Tony) of Raeford, Mary Ruth Harris of Raeford, Patricia Bullard (Eddie) of Raeford and Stella L. Locklear of Raeford; and his siblings, Alford Locklear of Pembroke, Inez Locklear of Aberdeen and Virginia Locklear of Lumberton'. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
