It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Saundra Stone of Red Springs, North Carolina, who passed away on October 23, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy Powers and Flossie Powers; and her granddaughter Mary Elizabeth McDonald. She is survived by: her daughters, Ginger S. McDonald of Sneads Ferry, NC. and Carman S. Brown (Tommy) of Darlington, SC.; her brother Jerry Powers (Debbie) of Lumberton, NC.; her grandson Stone McDonald; her nephews, Jared Powers of Raleigh, NC, Ryan Powers of Raleigh, NC and Heath Stone of Fayetteville, NC; and her niece Ashley Robertson of Charlotte, NC.
