She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Nash Locklear; her sons, Jimmy Dean Locklear and Ronald Lee Locklear; her grandson David Dean Locklear; and her siblings, Johnny Bullard, Sherman Locklear, Billy Bullard, Sallie Mae Locklear, Ester Mae Clark, Margaret Emanuel, Rosa Lee Blue, Annie Jane Hunt, Lillie Mae Smith and Betty Rose Locklear.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Locklear (Ellen) of Red Springs, Nash Jr. Locklear (Jeanette) of Lumberton, Dora Lee Jones of Shannon, Sarah Rose Maynor (Jimmy) of Raeford and Annie Lee Brayboy of Pembroke; and her siblings, Sam Bullard, Annie Ruth Barton of Maxton and Judy Locklear of Maxton.
