She is survived by: her husband Eddie P. Ammons Sr.; her children, Daryl Ray Ammons (Barbie) of Apex, N. C., Brittany Ammons Carver (Douglas) of Hope Mills and Brianna Ammons of Parkton; her brothers, James Edward Locklear of Siler City, N. C. and Gerald Locklear of Autryville, N. C.; her grandsons, Jason Chavis of Pembroke, N. C and Nicolas Duran of Apex, N. C; and her great grandchild Ava Chavis of Pembroke, N. C..
