She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Paisley McMillan and Martha Stephens McMillan. She is survived by: her husband Allen Jones McNeill; her daughters, Terri McNeill (James Ray), Katie Runner (Rob) and Wendy Obeda (Larry); her grandson Kameron Obeda; and her siblings, Stephen McMillan (Phyllis), Jody Jernigan (Stacy), Janie McMillan and Richard McMillan (Kim). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, relative and friends.
