He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret H. Bruton and D. P. Bruton. He is survived by: his wife Jean H. Bruton; his children, Corbin Bruton (Nohemy), Ashley Bruton of Greenville, SC, Mary Gibson (Mike) of Red Springs, NC and Joey Adams of Hendersonville, NC.; and his sisters, Sandra Bruton of Fayetteville, NC and Debbie Shackelford (Harper) of Fayetteville, NC. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home (545 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301).
