He is survived by: his wife Marlene Locklear; his sons, Vance Locklear (Meloine) and Kendall Locklear (Coraima) of Shannon, NC; his grandchild Japhet; his father Leston Locklear of Shannon; and his siblings, Rose Locklear of Shannon, Jan Pellegrino (Mike) of Fayetteville, Jay Locklear (Gladys) of Parkton and Elv Locklear (Margie) of Shannon.
