He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Locklear and Marine Locklear. He is survived by: his children, Ricky N. Locklear of Fayetteville, Stoney Locklear of Maxton and Roshell Cummings of Red Springs; his sisters, Joyce Bryant (Charlie) of Wagram, Bernice Locklear (Melton) of Prospect, Darlene Locklear (Clement) of Pembroke and Tammy Cummings (Tony) of Maxton; his grandchildren, John, Annamarie, Tolia, Chloe, Donavan, Nichole and Curtis; and his aunt Lella Frances Carter. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
