He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Chatman; his children, Ricky McNeill of Fayetteville, NC, Kendall Carthins of Savannah, GA, Coray McPhaul of Red Springs, NC, William McPhaul (Tish) of Red Springs, NC, Sabrina Brite, Shaundrika Chapman of Lumberton, NC and Lisa Jordan of Red Springs, NC.; his siblings, Dorothy Sheridan of Red Springs, NC, Carrie McKoy of Red Springs, NC, Sylvester Allen of New York, NY, Simeon Chatman (Merita) of Red Springs, NC, Leverne Lindsey (Beth) and Michael Chatman (Maria) of Bladenboro, NC.; his mother-in-law Annie Graham of Red Springs, NC; and his sisters-in-law, Jencie Chambers of Red Springs, NC, Mary Jordan of Red Springs, NC and Sherri Richardson (Daryl) of McDonough, GA.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
