He is survived by: his wife Shirley Locklear; his children, Treasure Dial, Monica Fields and Mary Locklear; his siblings, Dymaries Locklear, Monday Mae Locklear, Mary Ann Locklear, Sarah Jane Henderson, Presley Locklear, Don Locklear, Sky Locklear and Dixon Locklear; his grandchildren, Alene Barton, Victoria Lowery, Shirl Jacobs, Shylan Bullard, Lenemsee Locklear, John Irwin, James Andrews, Layton Rogers and James Hunt; and his great grandchildren, Takiah Dial, Taniah Dial, Nilan Rogers Treylan Oxendine and Auselena Oxendine. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
