He is survived by: his wife Lucille Dial Bullard; his daughters, Bonnie Goins (Jeff) of Red Springs, Sandra Goins (Jerry Ray) of Red Springs and Regina Bullard of Red Springs; and his sister Lillian Pierce of Red Springs. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
