She was predeceased by: her brothers, Angel Bullard and Ricky Dwayne Bullard; her grandfathers, Ricky Bullard and Gerald Collins; her great-grandparents, Roy, Edna Tedder, Johnny Locklear and Mildred Locklear; her great-great-grandparents, John Willie Bullard and Harriet Bullard; and her mother Kimberly C. Locklear of Red Springs.
She is survived by: her daughter Leia Michelle Locklear; her close friend Anthony Locklear of Red Springs; her siblings, Brandon Bullard of Red Springs, Aaron Locklear of Red Springs, Justin Locklear, Houston Locklear, Zaylan Locklear, Allen Locklear of Maxton, Jeremiah Jones of Red Springs, Harley Bullard and Deanna (Charles) of Red Springs; and her grandmothers, Teresa Worriax of Red Springs and Betty Locklear of Red Springs. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
