She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubbard Locklear and Mary Ellen Locklear; her daughter Olivia Clark; her brother Jerry Locklear; and her grandson Jaydon Costanza.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dora Hicks (Robert), Kerry Flores Jimenez (Jesus "Churcha"), Andrea Costanza (Brian) and Juanita Jones; her sister Nancy Oxendine; her grandchildren, Steven, Daniel, Nate, Aaron, Dalana, Ruvisela, Jada, Pedro and Joey; her husband Carlton Clark; and her nieces, Jameica and Chas. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
